E l f cosmetics your customer service is stellar you had a kick a sale a month or 2 back and orders were back ordered for sometime I inquired just to make sure nothing was wrong with my order received a prompt reply about being backed up I did not cancel my order bc the sale was just too good I finally received my amazing order and carried on today in my mail I received this note and product who even does this anymore not many I will tell you that you went above and beyond after the fact to let me know that you appreciate your customers and to me that speaks volumes you have a customer in me for life thank you you may have just restored my faith in humanity today xoxox trish.
