You guys are broke what you gotoh this cat you know what he got dizzy he got out he was that sandusky saints what is that no man that’s the same paul saying see here’s the deal that’s that’s one of the minor league teams I pitched for I have to get into a game day you guys know this you have to get into a game day mentality before you can bounce back from an illness. I think they’re the deepest team in the nfl they have the deepest roster in the nfl and I think they have a really good chance to win it all this year so it’s gonna be very difficult to you know go out win the division but if they are let’s not even say division but if they’re going to sneak into the playoffs I think the way that they do that is if zack takes a massive step and it would take more than him being a top 20 quarterback which I think he has a chance to do if he takes like an average step forward but if he takes that step to being an elite borderline top 10 quarterback then maybe at that point you’re fighting for a playoff spotand you know what else it would take that I can’t believe I didn’t say this winning games in the division you’re allowed to do that like that’s crazy the jets have not been able to be competitive in their own division so if they want to win a division they got to win in the division they got to beat the the damn miami dolphins twice this year they have to split it with the patriots and they have to somehow split it with the bills if they want to have a chance at winning a division can we please get two wins minimum at the division man split with the patriots split with the dolphins get swept by the bills is my bare minimum. They like penny hart aaron fuller’s a player that’s a little higher on the chart than I anticipated that he would be here so you’ve got a lot of players that think they have a chance to make this roster at receiver you need to get back and give yourself a chance to be able to show what you can really do of your ds group so that was one thing that really jumped out to me from this offensive depth chart otherwise though it really just boils down to those two competitions at right tackle and quarterbackand right now the pecking order has been set just like it was day one of training camp jay kerham being at right tackle geno smith at quarterback their competitors drew lock and abraham lucas are gonna have chances to be able to make up ground coming up in this preseason game and expect all these guys are going to play extensive snaps at both those positions but there’s not a lot of mystery away from those two positions on the offensive side of the ball now defensive things that I found that were somewhat interesting looking at the depth chart the starters are exactly as you would expect we just mentioned sydney jones and artie burns they are in the first team on this depth chart they’re both out injured right now so that means it’s kobe bryant and tariq wollentine they are both listed as the number two corners on the left and the right side respectively josh jones is listed as the number two free safety behind quandary digs not ugo ahmadi and not marquis blair both amani and blair are listed as third team safeties on this depth chart now rob again that doesn’t necessarily mean that those two are not going to be factors on defense at this point. What wait a second we had to quell for like 30 minutes and we we can’t let him leave I can’t believe that I forgot to ask him about this you canoh i’m 30 minutes we we got to ask you about peyton hillis. And so I thought that’s where they were going to go frankly was to have a block a block number font um now numbers appear for most football teams not just on the front and back but also on the shoulders or the sleeves but not for this new bengal set they are the latest in uh what I think we have to say is now like a verifiable trend of nfl teams not having what are called tv numbers which are the the smaller auxiliary numbers on the shoulder of the sleeveand we saw this last year when uh the the rams for one of their at least one of their jerseys and the chargers uh and help me out here chris who am I leaving out the patriots the patriots thank you that’s who it was I was at about to consult my notes all those teams released new uniforms last season without tv numbers um and there were also we should say that not every new uniform set last year didn’t have tv numbers like the falcons they have them and the the browns and the bucks have them although those were sort of retro styled so you’d expect them to have them i’m rambling here
