Hello I have been a Pretty December girl classy sassy and a bit smart assy shirt sweater subscription customer for 3 years now I am very unhappy at this point and would like to cancel my subscription I was sent a ripped up box multiple times and the last time multiple items were missing it says on my orders that I received the items that were resent by your company and I never got them I cannot even get in touch with anyone on your hotline I have been on hold an hour and when I email it takes 3 5 days to get anything back this is not easy for a mom of two busy kids to have to deal with. I tried to call friday and waited on hold for 15 min and no one answered I called this morning and waited on hold for 10 min and no one answered I tried chat and started at person 54 in line I got to number 2 and then got bumped off I started back at person number 47 and got bumped off again I am placing another call currently and have been waiting for 15 min again I am extremely disappointed at the decline in quality and customer service it has been wonderful in the past I have been ordering bundles for 5 years and I am about to completely quit i’m only calling because a package of diapers was missing out of my box what else can I do to get what I paid 100 for. Growing up there weren’t any black gay role models on tv or in the media it was like we didn t exist
